Spring events

Greetings!

I hope you're enjoying the shift to warmer, spring-feeling weather in Montana. I feel grateful for the increased light and warmth. Are you feeling the turning and opening to creativity and aliveness? I hope the awakening of the world can also stimulate your own creative being. Here a thought from Martha Graham:

There is a vitality, a life force, a quickening
that is translated through you into action,
and because there is only one of you in all time,
this expression is unique.

If you block it,
it will never exist through any other medium
and be lost.
The world will not have it.
It is not your business to determine how good it is;
nor how valuable it is;
nor how it compares with other expressions.
It is your business to keep it yours, clearly and directly,
to keep the channel open.

You do not even have to believe in yourself or your work.
You have to keep open and aware directly
of the urges that motivate you.

Keep the channel open.
No artist is pleased.
There is no satisfaction whatever at any time.
There is only a queer, divine dissatisfaction;
a blessed unrest that keeps us marching
and makes us more alive than the others.

A Letter to Agnes DeMille: Martha Graham

Below is a list of some of the upcoming events that I'm involved in. I'm excited that my friend Aimee and I are bringing in two NVC trainers from Seattle to offer a long weekend retreat over Memorial Day weekend. This is a great opportunity to get some self-care as well as learning and growth. See the workshop below, "How to meet life's transitions…"

I hope to see you out and about. As always, please feel free to forward this message on to others who may be interested.

Warm regards,

Patrick
