This workshop will be using the frameworks of Nonviolent Communication and William Bridges’ Managing Transitions work.

Communication Practice Group – Missoula

Every Wednesday (note new day!) at Noon at the Jeannette Rankin Peace Center

519 S. Higgins Ave. – Missoula – No Charge. No experience necessary.

Come to practice and learn to use Nonviolent Communication. This weekly group provides an opportunity to give and recieve empathy, do role play with challenging or stressful life situations, and practice the fundamentals of NVC.
