Join us for a chance to enjoy hands-on learning focused on developing respectful, authentic, and compassionate communication within your family. These skills can increase connection in families by helping elders listen compassionately to the struggles of their children/grandchildren, while helping children empathize with the needs of their elders. Community participation is welcome.

This workshop will be a fun, playful way for families to learn to:

· Avoid obstacles to effective communication

· Offer and receive authentic gratitude

· Make family time more FUN

· Work with family conflicts in the moment
