Releasing Anxiety: A Practical Class for Regaining Balance, Peace, and Personal Strength
A class at the Red Willow Learning Center.
We can powerfully transform life-long patterns of anxiety and depression through changing our relationship to our inner stories, emotions, and needs. This six-week program will help you learn practical, mind-body tools for restoring a comfortable connection to your own life energies and emotions. We will learn effective self-hypnosis practices to access safe and empowered places within ourselves and gain clearer understanding of our deeper needs and beliefs. From that connection, we can then release outdated stories or beliefs that no longer serve us and instill new habits of thought and feeling that enrich our lives. We will also deepen our awareness of the living energy of our values and needs so we can fully understand the message of uncomfortable feelings or thoughts and respond effectively from a place of personal clarity and strength. This class will include opportunities for home practice and the sharing of personal challenges and successes for the benefit of the whole group’s growth and learning.
