Fall Events!

Greetings folks,

I hope you've been able to enjoy a couple days of clearer air in Montana! Wow, what a difference that makes. It makes me super grateful for the clean air and other blessings in my life.

Below are a couple events I have coming up in the next month or so. I'm offering a short series on Monday nights on Mindfulness and Self-awareness. And also, Aimee and I are offering a weekend workshop on Nonviolent Communication specifically focused getting past our differences and connecting in times of some chaos.

I also am continuing to offer the communication practice group at the Jeannette Rankin Peace Center on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday.

I hope you can join me for one of these events.

Warm regards – Patrick
