Workshop Reminder – Communication!

Greetings folks,

Just a quick reminder, our workshop on "Getting to the Heart of our Differences" on Nonviolent Communication is only a little over a week away. If you're on the fence and still thinking about coming, this is a great opportunity to spend a fun, engaging day getting more connected with what's alive in you – your own needs and feelings – in a way that will help you connect anyone who's important in your life. I'm excited to be offering this workshop, to get to share this with everyone who comes, and also because it enlarges my life as well! I hope you can come and join us!

Also, I have another one-day, self-hypnosis workshop planned for early November and I am continuing to offer the communication practice group at the Jeannette Rankin Peace Center on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday.

I hope to see you soon!

Warm regards – Patrick
