Communication Class – Missoula
Six Tuesdays, January 5th – February 9th – 6:00 – 7:30 PM

Healthy, effective communication is essential at home, work or when having fun. Develop tools that will bring ease, clarity and personal integrity to every conversation.
Join us for a fun, playful exploration of essential communication skills. You can learn the importance of feelings and how they connect with your inner values and needs. You can learn how your inner values direct your actions, communications, emotional expressions and all forms of behavior. You can learn to recognize and value other people’s expression of their values and needs.

Developing Practical Intuitive Skills
Join Patrick for a course designed to heighten your self-awareness and improve your intuitive abilities.
Patrick will share current research into the new physics, extended human capacities, remote viewing research, and the transformative power of focused attention. You will experience practical ways of using your intuition on a daily basis. With proper feedback, you can learn the difference between imagination and intuitive perception.
You can learn to utilize focused states of mind, remote viewing techniques, sensory awareness, and creative expression to access your intuition more directly.

Communication Practice Group – EVERY Wednesday!
Every Wednesday at Noon At the Jeannette Rankin Peace Center

No Charge. No experience necessary.
Come to practice and learn to use Nonviolent Communication. This weekly group provides an opportunity to give and recieve empathy, do role play with challenging or stressful life situations, and practice the fundamentals of NVC.
