Inner Workings Resources is a resource for developing intuitive awareness, learning Self-hypnosis and stress relief skills, and exploring compassionate and expressive ways of communicating and connecting with each other and with the world.

Patrick Marsolek is an author, teacher, facilitator, and director of Inner Workings Resources. Patrick writes, researches and facilitates on a wide variety consciousness and self-awareness topics. He also has a clinical hypnotherapy practice and teaches Self-hypnosis and Communication classes. He also dances and teaches Argentine Tango in Helena and Missoula, Montana.

Where is your stress-free zone?

Perhaps there's a physical place you can go; a favorite walk, a quiet room in the house, or even just a place to sit for a moment in the middle of the day. 
This stress-free 'place' might also be an inner place you can access with a shift in thinking. Do you remember the feeling of doing something that brings you joy? How about a time with someone who's near to your heart? 
Taking a moment to remember these experiences can shift your mental andphysical state profoundly. Would you like to experience that? Then, take some time and remember.

Now we're officially into the holiday rush. I hope you're creating time and space for self-connection and connection to others as well. I feel it's especially important to take care of ourselves this time of year. 

I'm offering a short, two-week Monday night class on Holiday Stress Relief. This class will teach some self-hypnosis and mindfulness practices to help people take care of themselves through the holidays. And of course, the classes themselves are a kind of mini-retreat to get calm and centered.
